Changed your mind? No worries! We have an easy 30-day return policy


Most items purchased from ProtoBottle can be returned only “un-opened” for either a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of shipment. Some products may be final sale and are noted in the item description.

We do our best to hand pick the items in the best condition possible. However you might not receive a "perfect" box. While most of the items we sell are "case fresh", there may be a small crease, scuff or indentation on the exterior packaging that can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to such imperfections. Please also note that Saving Store products typically show minor paint variations. Saving Store does not consider these variations as defects and as such, we do not accept returns due to imperfect paint jobs.

Boxes maybe without an exclusive sticker or with a different version sticker (anywhere on the box) then you’d hope for. This will not constitute an exchange or return.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid or a store credit may be issued. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging and in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Please allow 3-5 days to process your return/exchange after the item is received by our Returns Department. Original shipping charges however are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 


To prepare your return:

Include the original invoice with complete shipping address and simply write the reason for return on the invoice. **Please don't forget to include your order number & phone number with any return!

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We kindly ask that you package all items carefully to ensure its safe return back to us. We also recommend that you email us the tracking number once your return is shipped.

Special Circumstances:

Seller Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please let us know right away and we will gladly send the correct item in exchange whenever possible at no additional cost to you.

Defective items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.

Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your claim, please email us with photographs of the package and its damaged contents. *Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes.

Refused or Undelivered Packages: Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking and re-processing the order.


Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually on the next business day. Please contact us via email to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be cancelled.

Preorders and back-orders can be cancelled at any time up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
